You will need to bring your machine to us, so please choose a date that works. Earliest lead time is 4 weeks

When should I service my Tigerbite 425 Mini Crusher?
We recommend maintaining the machine in line with the table summarised on page 7 of the brochure. This includes guidance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The mManufacturer Schedule mentioned includes the TigerCare Protect service at 6 months, or 500 hours, whichever is soonest, followed by the TigerCare Plus service at 12 months, or 1000 hours, again whichever occurs first.

TigerCare Protect
TigerCare Protect™ is a comprehensive interim service designed to keep your Tigerbite Mini Crusher in top working condition.
We recommend this service at six months or 500 motor hours, whichever is soonest.
The service is at a fixed price and includes components, parts and labour as listed below. Once our engineers have completed the service, they will let us know if your mini crusher requires any other work.
- Comprehensive health check and report of overall machine condition.
- Evaluation of wear and tear on key components to predict and prevent potential failures.
- Fluid level check and top-Up: Checking and topping up hydraulic fluids, engine oil, and coolant levels.
- Minor repairs including parts up to a value of £150 +VAT.
- Machine calibration of crusher settings to ensure optimal performance.
TigerCare Plus™️
Recommended at twelve months, or 1000 motor hours, with replacement of parts in line with expected wear over this period.
Ensures that your Tigerbite Mini Crusher remains in excellent condition for the long term.
TigerCare+
TigerCare Plus™ is a comprehensive annual service delivering the same benefits as TigerCare Protect but tailored for 12 months, or 1000 motor hours. Designed to maximise uptime and maintain peak performance.
We recommend this service at twelve months or 1000 motor hours, whichever is soonest.
The service is at a fixed price and includes components, parts and labour as listed below. Once our engineers have completed the service, they will let us know if your mini crusher requires any other work.
- Complete inspection and servicing of all critical components.
- Extended assessment and proactive replacement of common wear parts included (jaw plates, filters and belts).
- Coverage for non-wear repairs including parts up to a value of £600 +VAT.
- Enhanced fluid management with replacement of all essential fluids including hydraulic oil, engine oil, and coolants.
- In the event of a catastrophic engine failure, a replacement engine will be provided and fitted, limited to one replacement per two major services.
- Machine calibration of crusher settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Comprehensive safety and performance report covering the overall health, performance, and safety compliance of the crusher.
- Priority access to technical support for troubleshooting, operational advice, and maintenance queries for 12 months.
